Passionate about developing himself, individuals, teams, and organizations at every level, he is inspired by people around him. After organically starting several companies in Silicon Valley, Joseph began investing his personal funds and time into developing Thalas as the world's first "socially conscious umbrella organization".

He now collaborates with chief executives and boards of all Thalas Ontogenies and select organizations, coaching these executives and directors on narrow paths to authentic success and is a co-founder of Thalas Speakers.
